These Terms govern use of Happier Hour across iOS, Android, and the public website. By using the service, you agree to the terms below.

Happier Hour provides location-aware venue discovery, map/list browsing, filtering, favorites, check-ins, lists, and user-generated reviews/photos. Availability and features may change over time.

  • You grant Happier Hour a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute submitted content for service operation.
  • You represent that your content is accurate and does not violate law or third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • No unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, or fraudulent behavior.
  • No impersonation, deceptive check-ins, spam, scraping, or unauthorized automation.
  • No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise service security.

6. Venue and Deal Information

Happy hour details, business hours, and deal descriptions may change. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee availability, pricing, or venue participation at any specific time.

7. Location Features

Some functionality requires location permissions, including map centering, routing, and check-ins. You control permissions through your device settings.

8. Termination and Enforcement

  • We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or community standards.
  • We may investigate misuse and cooperate with lawful requests where required.
  • You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Happier Hour and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.
